At Tuxes2Go we aim to provide a first class service to all of our customers. This is done within the rules of the Distance Selling Regulations and preserves all of your usual statutory rights.

SIZING
All sizes shown are standard UK sizes. If you are ordering from outside of the UK you may need to convert from the equivalent size in your own country.

PRICING
Prices will be found in our online shop pages. The price shown includes all applicable UK taxes. If you are ordering from outside of the UK you may be liable for additional taxes and we advise you to check your country's regulations before ordering.

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND DELIVERY COSTS
Detailed delivery costs applicable to each item can be found in our online shop pages. In general, our basic delivery charge for the first item ordered will be £9.95 maximum. Additional items within the same order will be included within this charge. Orders over £300 in value will be delivered free of charge. These delivery charges relate to deliveries within the UK mainland only. Standard delivery to UK regions outside of the mainland UK and to other countries within Europe is charged at an additional £10. For delivery charges to other regions or countries, please enquire through our contact form.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Online payments can be made securely and safely through PayPal using any of the usually accepted credit or debit cards. You do not usually need to have a PayPal account to do this. If you prefer to pay by another method, please contact us
 to enquire.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Where you have ordered an item in stock we will usually despatch it within three working days of receiving your fully paid order. Delivery will usually take place within three working days of despatch. Urgent requirements can be delivered within one working day of despatch at additional cost. This option may be available for you to select when placing your order; if not please use our contact form and we will advise you of any additional costs involved. For special requirements please contact us and we will do our best to help. If we become aware of anything which is likely to delay your delivery beyond seven days of ordering we will let you know. Under the Distance Selling Regulations we may deliver up to thirty days from ordering unless we jointly agree to a different period.

SUPPLY OF GOODS
In 99% of cases we have historically been able to supply the exact items as ordered. However, very occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock of the exact size in the style you have requested. In these few cases we may supply you with the next closest alternative size. If you are unhappy in any way with the alternative item we will refund your costs in full when you have returned the goods to us in accordance with our standard returns procedures as detailed below.

RETURNS PROCEDURES AND YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason up to seven days after the day on which the goods are delivered unless you have asked us to customise, personalise or carry out alterations to goods in which case you forfeit your right to cancel. In all cases you must contact us by using our web site contact form to advise us of your wish to cancel. We will respond with your returns authorisation. Where the goods have not yet been despatched we will stop the processing of your order and refund any payments we have received from you. Where the goods have been despatched but not yet delivered you may refuse to accept delivery and ask the delivery service to return the items to us as the sender. When the refused goods have been received by us we will refund any payments you have made, but not including the delivery charge. Where the goods have been delivered to you and you then decide to cancel you must make your own arrangements at your own expense for the safe return of the goods to us at the address shown on our contact page. The goods must be returned to us so that we receive them within seven days of the date of our returns authorisation and they must be in new and unused condition, and in the original packaging and with all labels still attached. When the returned goods have been received by us in accordance with these requirements we will refund any payments you have made for the products supplied, but not including any delivery charges. Where your order has attracted free delivery and you have returned or refused items which reduce your order value below the free delivery threshold your refund will be reduced by the cost of the standard delivery charge you would have paid had your original order been placed at that level. Return of goods or refusal of delivery are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you obtain adequate proof of refusal or return your goods in a secure and traceable way in case of non receipt by Tuxes2go.com.

Should you wish to have any items exchanged rather than refunded you will be asked to send payment for any additional costs of the item together with additional shipping charges. Your exchanged items will be sent on receipt of this payment.
